⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Going deeper into the meaning of Adab and doing the right things with the right way.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I liked the fact that a common worry is addressed and broken down, from where it stems from to how to deal with it rightfully bearing in mind the right to all the roles we are to everyone in our daily lives.
In our previous workshop, we explored the possible disharmonies and misunderstandings of the self as we navigate our many roles as women — mothers, daughters, caregivers, professionals. We reflected on these experiences through a Tawhidic lens.
In this follow-up workshop, we will turn our focus to the concept of self-care in Islam:
What does it truly mean to care for the body, mind, emotions, and spirit that Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala has entrusted to us?
Have we been nurturing them in ways that align with our faith, or have we been neglecting them; or worse: abusing them?
Striking a balance between fulfilling our responsibilities and safeguarding our inner well-being.
