Sinaran Obor Ummah 2026: Majlis Kiayi Zuhri
Alhamdulillah, we were truly honoured to be part of Masjid Ansar and PERGAS Majlis Sinaran Obor Ummah: Majlis Kiayi Zuhri on 29 August 2026.
A meaningful morning filled with reflections and awe as we revisited the sacrifices, contributions, and tremendous achievements of Kiyai Ahmad Zuhri Mutammim through the reading of his brief biography, his works, and receiving ijazah by Ustaz Ahmad Shamsudin. The event concluded with heartfelt sharing sessions by his grandchildren.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Masjid Ansar and PERGAS for achieving another milestone; in bringing greater awareness to the efforts, sacrifices and legacy of our local 'Ulama, and for creating a space for us to appreciate and honour their contributions.
Our deepest appreciation goes to our teachers, and fellow jemaah, and everyone who played a part in making this event a success. Of course, our heartfelt thanks to the ones who generously sponsored refreshments for the event.
May Allah ta'ala preserve the legacy of our 'Ulama, allow their sacred knowledge and tradition to continue benefiting generations to come, and reward everyone who contributed towards keeping their legacy alive.
Last session of "Kisah Anbiya"
Alhamdulillah, we’ve come to the end of our 8 sessions of Kisah Anbiya.
What a meaningful journey it has been, learning about the lives and stories of our Prophets, reflecting on their struggles, their patience, their faith, and the lessons they leave behind for us.
We’ve truly enjoyed having everyone with us, learning together, sharing reflections, and building bonds along the way.
A heartfelt thank you to Ustazah Fifiazlina for the time, energy and effort she has poured into these sessions; from the preparations behind the scenes to the knowledge and insights she so generously shared with us.
May Allah ta'ala reward her abundantly for every word taught and every effort made. May Allah bless our gatherings, accept our efforts, and bring us together again in gatherings filled with knowledge, remembrance and goodness.

I like the hands-on activities we got to do and like the pockets of time given to reflect on the prompt questions given by Ustazah.
Her delivery always feel so close at heart and never fails to brought tears to the eyes. The activities and interactions is so mashaAllah. Alhamdulillah.

Ustazah Wan Nadia addressed concerns and questions really well. I have learned more and have grown to be more comfortable with terawih, tahajud and witr prayers. Through the session, my thoughts and feelings have also felt validated (fears and worries).
